Firewood is sold in large, medium and small bags, sizes are indicated on our website and are subject to change based on availability from our local UK based suppliers.
Boxes/bags are not sold on weight. Any weights depicted in product summaries are approximate weights for delivery purposes.
Seasoned firewood is defined as firewood with a moisture content of 20% or less as required by our Woodsure Ready to Burn certification.
Seasoned firewood is defined as firewood that has been left to air dry naturally in log form in our Croydon based Woodyard.
We only sell firewood that is “Ready to Burn” and should be stored in a well-ventilated covered location to ensure it remains dry and remains ready to burn.
Our Firewood is subject to availability.We do not sell nor advertise kiln-dried firewood although we do supply and sell kiln-dried kindling.
PAYments
Urban Logs Ltd accepts online internet banking and credit card payments.
Urban Logs Ltd will supply relevant payment information in the confirmation email and the delivery invoice
When having wood delivered, Urban Logs Ltd accepts payment before, or at the time of delivery.
Your account will be charged in GBP.
No Goods or Services will be provided prior to Urban Logs Ltd receiving full payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at urbanlogsltd@gmail.com and send your item to:

Delivery is FREE to Croydon, Bromley, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Southwark, Merton, Sutton and Lewisham within the approved postcodes as per our order pages for Seasoned Firewood
Bags and Boxes are Delivered locally via our own couriers, the cost for delivery will be shown on your order in the checkout should you be outside of our free delivery areas.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
OR you can by prior arrangement pickup from the Woodyard at Urban Logs, Conduit Lane, Croydon, London, CR0 5RQ, this is not a shop and we therefore encourage our customers to order via our secure e-commerce store at: https://urbanlogs.co.uk
If your delivery is outside the approved postcode areas a delivery fee will apply
Urban Logs Ltd delivers wood in an area-by-area delivery schedule, we will attempt to deliver to you at your desired delivery time, however this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods and we reserve the right to reschedule as necessary.
Urban Logs Ltd will always confirm availability for delivery with the person named in the order before delivery
At the time of confirmation, it is possible for the card holder to cancel the transaction, provided this is confirmed in writing to Urban Logs Ltd via the following email address: urbanlogsltd@gmail.com
Delivery times during busy periods may be as much as 14 days, please contact us to find out the current delivery time frame before ordering.
Deliveries may be weather dependent, as we ideally like our premium quality firewood to arrive as dry as possible at your door.

refund policy
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the order being confirmed as out for delivery
If payment was made using a Credit Card a 3% fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.
Orders cancelled after the order has been confirmed as out for delivery will incur a 25% restocking and late cancellation fee, which will cover fuel and handling costs incurred.

Delivered products will be issued a partial refund minus the Shipping and Handling costs.
Order Cancellations:
- We retain the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.
- Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the day of delivery, up until midnight of the day before delivery is scheduled or been agreed at an earlier or later date.
Cancellation Fees Will Apply Where:
- Order cancelled on the scheduled day for delivery. £20.00 fee
- Order cancelled after truck is loaded and in transit to location. £30.00
- Order cancelled after delivery has been dropped at location. £50.00
Replacement Policy:
- Urban Logs Ltd. offers a refund/replacement policy if you are unhappy with our firewood and have used less than 10% of any single bag of the supplied firewood.
- Urban Logs Ltd. will collect and refund or replace the remainder of the firewood that was delivered, in the event that our product(s) is found to be not to the specified standard as advertised on our website.
- Urban Logs Ltd. must be notified within 3 days of delivery for this to apply
- The above will not apply to this refund/replacement policy if the product is deemed to be fit for purpose.
