Winston was so so helpful. Thoroughly informative on what to buy for our needs so we knew exactly what to get. Really good quality wood doesn't burn too fast or too slow. Normally doesn't allow collection but I didn't know so for this one occasion he let me take the logs in my car. Was really nice to my son who learnt so much too!!!! Will defo use him again and recommend him to everyone!

Urban Logs, and Winston (if you are lucky enough to get him) is a truly fantastic London business.I called in during the holiday week (28th Dec)… Normally, I’m just outside of the delivery zone, but Winston made an exception & delivered same day…. He even stacked the wood in our back garden!!Oh, and the wood is great… Dry, clean, and burns perfectly.

Wasn't sure what to expect when randomly choosing Urban Logs to supply wood. However: Ordering was easy. Communication was great - ph call before delivery. Winston was great, trundled the logs through my house to the store at the back - no dumping them on the front (unless you want that!) Texts to advise when the bag was to be collected then collected when said. Plus, Winston is a personable bloke, easy to talk to and gives clear information. All in all, a painless experience. Highly recommend.

I contacted Urban logs the week before Christmas for a delivery, fully expected to get a delivery after the Christmas period, but Winston called and got two large bags of logs to us the next day.
