Just had our first delivery of logs. The whole process was perfect and also fun. Over the phone, the magnificent Winston gave advice on what we should order. Winston also delivered and transported the logs to where we stack which was a great help. We had a fire last night and the wood burnt beautifully. We will order from Winston and Urban logs every-time!

A great purchase and simple transaction. Paid online, logs delivered bang on time with a courtesy call 20mins before. Super polite and barrow bag of logs dropped exactly where I needed them. The wood itself.was nice and dry and burns much hotter than other local wood suppliers I had been using. About 100 logs in a barrow bag but they last and burn hot. Your log burner will thank you

Great log supplier! Ordered online with a time slot for delivery. Winston was incredibly friendly and helpful, called before heading out to me and brought the bag of logs through the house to the garden where we keep them. He’s the only firewood company who’s ever done this; normally they dump them at the front door!
Will use again and very happy to be supporting a local small business.

Winston offers a variety of logs that burn brilliantly in open fires and log burners. I'd recommend the large bag of small logs which are particularly good for smaller stoves. Customer service is second to none. The website makes ordering really easy and Winston always delivers on time and calls ahead. Definitely the very best log supplier we've used.

Only criticism is that logs were *slightly* too wide for my small burner. It's OK as I can put them in sideways, but would def be easier to use them horizontally

Called Winston on Christmas Eve looking for 3 boxes of kindling for some fire pits I’d bought family for Christmas. Got a call back straight away and after a funny chat he said not only do I have 3 boxes of kindling, I’m going to drop them to your door in the next hour, and he did! Firstly, this guy is amazing. ONCE IN A WHILE YOU MEET ONE OF THE CHARACTERS THAT MAKE LONDON A GREAT CITY. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE MEN.
These were probably the best logs that we’ve ever had. Used to go to another guy in Crystal Palace, however, he appears not to be in business anymore. URBAN LOGS saved our Christmas! Not only did he deliver the logs on Christmas Eve, he also brought scented a cedar logs. Furthermore, it’s not that often that you get a man that understands how wood burns. However, did you know he’s an ex-fireman? Not only was he polite kind, warmer than the fire started, he was funny, intelligent and a perfect gentleman. I don’t know what this guy does in summer perhaps he delivers ice, or rents out hot tubs or paddling pools!
The guy is an absolute governor!

Winston was so so helpful. Thoroughly informative on what to buy for our needs so we knew exactly what to get. Really good quality wood doesn't burn too fast or too slow. Normally doesn't allow collection but I didn't know so for this one occasion he let me take the logs in my car. Was really nice to my son who learnt so much too!!!! Will defo use him again and recommend him to everyone!

Premium Service is what it is
The Website is really easy to use and the once the order was placed, we were able to choose a day for delivery.
Winston called before the delivery with an update on arrival and turned up on time with a great personality. He dropped the logs to the back of our house in bags that can be stored in the open temporarily.
Winston, also spent time to provide tips on lighting the fire.
Really impressed with service & quality and Winston was just so friendly and helpful

Wasn't sure what to expect when randomly choosing Urban Logs to supply wood. However: Ordering was easy. Communication was great - ph call before delivery. Winston was great, trundled the logs through my house to the store at the back - no dumping them on the front (unless you want that!) Texts to advise when the bag was to be collected then collected when said. Plus, Winston is a personable bloke, easy to talk to and gives clear information. All in all, a painless experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. I contacted Urban logs the week before Christmas for a delivery, fully expected to get a delivery after the Christmas period, but Winston called and got two large bags of logs to us the next day. Winston is so lovely and very knowledgeable.
